Introducing Revolution Human Resources Ltd
A warm welcome to Revolution Human Resources Ltd.
Our business has three main divisions:
Revolution Learning and Development – Our original business that we stared out in 2008 and have grown from selling training materials on auction sites to what it is today, a thriving training and development consultancy. The rest of the business, Revolution Human Resources Ltd has been built on the same values and service charter that our original business was.

Revolution Human Resources – This division will offer Human Resources Consultancy. This will include policy and procedure development, Employee Engagement Consultancy, Performance Management and Appraisal System Development, Org Design, Role Profiling and Job Analysis, Competency Framework development and 360 feedback and assessment.
All of this will be delivered through some highly experienced associates that have recently begun working along side us.

Revolution Search and Selection – This area will focus on providing Recruitment Consultancy. This will include sourcing and screening candidates for jobs, posting jobs to our website as well as Assessment Centre and Interview design and development.
This is something we set up about a year ago, but due to growing the training business we never really done anything with it. We now have the resource and expertise to take this forward and the site we originally designed is also undergoing a complete revamp. The new site is now live and you can see it at Revolution Search and Selection.
Why do this?
Having all three of these areas together allows us to deliver an exceptional range of services to our clients. We will be able to offer ‘joined up’ solutions, where everything simply fits together and works together.
The new people that have joined us as Associates are very experienced in their field. They have all had experience in their sector and include Recruitment Managers, HR Directors, HR Managers, Training Managers, Change Managers and Senior Operations Managers.
We’re looking forward to the future and looking forward to making Revolution Human Resources Services as successful as the business we have currently created.
Our off shoot sites – Training Forums, Trainers Kit, Leading From the Front and Role Play Live will also trade under the new brand name.
