At Revolution Search and Selection we want to make the process of employing new staff as straight forward as possible.
We don’t do gimmicks and we don’t put bells and whistles on everything. Instead, we prefer to focus our time and energy on building strong relationships with you, our customer.
We want to make our service as flexible as possible and have therefore designed a range of services for you to choose from.
We don’t hide our prices to negotiate the highest price possible with you – you will see how much we charge for each service in the information below.
Here is a rundown of what we do:
Simply Post – This service allows you to post your job opportunities on our website and will be searchable by candidates. There are two options to choose from, on in which your jobs will appear in normal search results and the other where they will be featured.
It’s simple. You register with us and wait a short time while we configure your account to allow you to post jobs. You the simply pay per job posting – £29.99 for a standard listing and £49.99 for a featured. Your jobs will stay active for 30 days.
You then receive all applications directly to the email address you supply. You then sift, accept or decline applications and invite them for interview where applicable. Post your job now.
Managed – This is where we manage the application process for you. You tell us about the role and the person you are looking for. Once we have this information we will produce an advert which you can proof read if necessary before it’s posted. Once it’s agreed it will go live on our site, and our consultants will actively search for candidates that meet the specification you set.
If we get any new applicants that are not already on our database, we will conduct initial telephone interviews with them to assess their suitability. If it is logistically possible then we will conduct face to face interviews with them.
As applications come through and our consultants carry out their search, we will provide you with a list of suitable candidates for you to sift through. We hope that our search and selection process has done its job meaning you shouldn’t need to reject any of them.
We then liaise with you to arrange interviews with the candidates. We will provide them with any pre-interview documentation that you need them to have.
Once interviews have been completed, we will be in touch to discuss the candidate’s performance, gather feedback and let them know the outcome.
If you choose to hire any of our candidates then we can manage any documentation you need them to have, or simply hand this over to you.
This service costs a straightforward 9% of the agreed first year salary should you chose to hire any of our candidates. If you don’t then it costs you nothing. Contact us to get started.
CV Database – You can also have access to our database of CV’s that we hold for our candidates. If you are a recruitment agency or a business who is looking to fill positions and you would like to do this for yourself, we can gain access to our database for £399.00 for one year. Get Access Now.
Temporary Staff – We can also provide you with staff on a temporary basis. We look after the recruitment process, their contract and paying their salary.
